Every year the FBI releases new statistics and details about crimes from the previous year. The amount of data is massive and there are a lot of documents to go through. Sometimes they provide their FBI Crime Clock Statistics infographic which is really helpful.
With this post I don’t want to actually go into the details as they should speak for themselves. This is just an informational statistic post that should give you some numbers to which I refer to from time to time in my posts. I’ll also post new FBI Crime Clock Statistics as soon as they become available.
Please note that these numbers are accurate at the time of writing and the focus is only on Violent and Property Crime.
